We offer public pop-up sessions and private event rentals. For pop-ups, you can book by the hour. Reserve more time if you’d like to stay longer. Sessions are self-paced: use the sauna and cold plunge as you like, and enjoy space to relax between rounds.
3. What should I bring?
Bring a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, and an open heart. Sandals or flip-flops are helpful for walking around. No shoes inside the sauna. We recommend leaving unneccesary or valuable items at home.
4. Is it safe?
Sauna and cold plunge are safe for most healthy people. If you're pregnant or have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor first.
5. What is contrast therapy?
Contrast therapy is the practice of moving between hot and cold exposure, typically a short sauna session followed by a plunge into cold water.

For pop-ups, booking in advance is recommended, though we always welcome walk-ins if space allows. Private events must be reserved ahead of time.
7. How many people fit in the sauna?
Our sauna fits up to 8 comfortably or more if you're friendly and don’t mind a cozy vibe.
8. How long are the sessions?
Pop-up sessions are booked by the hour, and you’re welcome to book appointments back-to-back. Private events typically last all day.
9. Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Members get VIP perks, early booking access, exclusive hours, access to invite-only sessions, and member-only discounts.
