We run every session ourselves and show up fully. It’s personal. It always will be.

Logistics & Set-up

1. How much space do you need?
Roughly 2 to 3 parking spaces side-by-side. One for the trailer and one for the plunge and lounge area. We also need to be within reach of a hose spigot.2. Will the trailer be parked overnight?
No. We arrive, set up, operate, and pack up the same day unless we agree on a multi-day event. We personally guarantee the space to be left cleaner than when we found it.3. How long does setup and breakdown take?
Setup takes about 90 minutes. Breakdown is closer to 60 minutes. We’re fully self-contained and don’t need any help.4. Do you need a flat surface?
Yes. Ideally level and free of overhanging branches. Gravel or asphalt is great. Grass works too as long as it’s dry and firm.5. Can this happen during business hours?
Absolutely. We typically run 8-hour days and can adjust to two 4-hour blocks around your peak times if needed.

6. How much water do you use?
Each plunge holds about 100 gallons. We use two to three tubs depending on expected attendance. We fill them with a standard garden hose.7. Will it raise our utility bill?
Local Redding commercial water pricing is currently around $7.27 per CCF (748 gallons), Our total water use costs less than $3.63.8. Is there any noise, smoke, or scent from the sauna?
There’s a little wood smoke at the start while we light it. After that, it burns clean with very little smoke.9. What happens with the used water?
We use California-compliant infiltration methods to ensure water stays out of storm drains and returns to the water table.

10. What happens if someone gets hurt?
Ritual Sauna takes complete responsibility for each participant. Every guest signs a digital release of liability waiver in advance. We supervise the space to make sure everyone uses the equipment properly and safely.11. Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and can provide a certificate upon request.
12. Do we need to sign a contract or be listed on your insurance?
No formal contract is required for a one-day pop-up. If you'd like to set up a regular rotating schedule and be added as additional insured, we’re happy to do that.

Marketing & Involvement

13. What kind of promotion are you expecting us to do?
Just help us spread the word. A simple flyer on the front desk and a post or story on your socials is perfect.14. Can we get a flyer or post template?
Yes — we’ll provide everything. You can literally copy, paste, and go. We will provide templates for social media posts leading up to the event.15. How far in advance do you confirm dates?
Ideally 6-8 weeks ahead so we can market it well. But we can be flexible when needed.

Money & Terms

16. Is there really no cost to us?
Correct. The public pop-up events cost you nothing. We sell directly to the community. If you’d like to host a private session as a client/employee perk, we can do that too. The cost for a private event is $550 per day with discount for consecutive days. People on your private guest list can come and go as they please with no entry fee.17. Do we get a portion of ticket sales?
Not at this stage. But if it becomes a recurring thing, we’re open to creating a revenue share.18. Can we make this recurring?
That’s the goal. If it’s a good fit, we’d love to schedule regular visits monthly, quarterly, or tied to your event schedule.

19. Can our staff try it for free?
Yes - confirm a host booking and we’re happy to offer your team a chance to take part in the experience. We prefer that staff attend one of our open house events, but if that’s not possible, we can reserve up to three appointments during the first hour of your event for staff use. Just let us know in advance so we can hold those spots.
Note: Staff refers to on-site employees or contractors who are actively involved in running your space or serving your community. This offer is limited to first-time participants only.20. How do guests book?
Online through our website or in person the day of. It’s a simple process. We’ll send you the link to share on your socials.21. Is it co-ed? What are the age limits or safety rules?
Yes, sessions are co-ed and everyone wears swimsuits. Ages 18+. Full use guidelines are provided in advance.

For pop-ups, booking in advance is recommended, though we always welcome walk-ins if space allows. Private events must be reserved ahead of time.
7. How many people fit in the sauna?
Our sauna fits up to 8 comfortably or more if you're friendly and don’t mind a cozy vibe.
8. How long are the sessions?
Pop-up sessions are booked by the hour, and you’re welcome to book multiple hours back-to-back. Private events typically last all day.
9. Do you offer memberships?
